The Deluxe Family Room was perfect. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, microwave, fridge, and a comfy seating area. I loved the soundproofing—it was super quiet! The staff was really nice and helped with everything we needed. Free parking was a bonus too. Great value!

Poor soundproofing issues lead to waking up earlier than desired due to traffic noise!!! Carpet cleanliness is in dire need of improvement to avoid guests leaving with dirty feet!!! Selection of ice unavailable is rather disappointing!!!

I was absolutely stunned by how dirty the carpet was. my feet turned black after just a few minutes! and really, waiting forever for hot water? is that the kind of luxury guests should expect? I woudl ve been pleased with even a complimentary bottle of water to make up for the lackluster experience. just couldn't recommend it.

Free parking available, which is a solid perk for travelers. The location suited the needs of those attending events nearby quite well.

The room had a bad odor and the carpet was dirty—fetched dirty feet in no time. Hot water took an age to arrive, and lacking crushed ice made for a disappointingly basic amenities experience.

The staff was genuinely friendly, making our stay comfortable and inviting.
